Due to the nature of digital services and the resources involved in onboarding and activation, all payments made for WhatsApp Business API subscription plans are strictly non-refundable. 1. No Refund After Activation Once the WhatsApp Business API onboarding process has been initiated or the account has been activated through Uttam Wapi, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 2. Third-Party Approval WhatsApp Business API services are subject to approval and policies of Meta (WhatsApp). Uttam Wapi only assists with onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Any delay, rejection, restriction, or limitation imposed by Meta does not qualify for a refund. 3. Service Usage Once the client receives access to the panel, onboarding assistance, training, documentation, or any part of the service has been delivered, the payment will be considered fully utilized and non-refundable. 4. Subscription Validity The subscription remains valid for the agreed period (for example, 1 year from the activation date). Clients may choose not to continue the service for any reason, but no refund will be issued for the unused period of the subscription. 5. Cancellation Clients may request cancellation of the service at any time. However, cancellation will only stop future access and usage of the service. Cancellation will not entitle the client to any refund, whether partial or full. 6. Acknowledgment By purchasing any WhatsApp Business API subscription plan through Uttam Wapi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Payment Policy.
